Design Direction, research and UX/UI for Bounty, the app that boosts your company's performance through gamified incentives and ladders.

Design Vision and Direction / Research, Benchmark and UX / UI Desktop and Mobile/ Design Library and Dev Support
Bounty is an innovative mobile app designed to boost workplace productivity by rewarding employees with credits for their achievements. These credits can be redeemed for various vouchers and gifts, fostering an engaging and motivational environment.
The app revolves around specific goals and challenges that users complete to earn rewards. The CEO of this San Francisco-based startup approached me to design the entire product from scratch—starting with research, then wireframing, and finally defining the creative direction for both the mobile and web platforms.
As the Lead Product Designer at Bounty for eight months, I collaborated closely with the CEO, a product manager, and the development team to bring the vision to life.
Research
I kicked off the project with a deep dive into gamification, exploring how it could drive daily user engagement. To shape the best approach, I researched top industry examples and best-in-class practices in this space.
Scheduling
The entire project was managed in Notion, where the PM and I organized sprints, tracked tasks, and monitored all requests. We held daily stand-ups and a weekly team call to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
Design
To determine the best style for the project, I started by creating a moodboard, which I then reviewed and approved with the CEO. From there, I structured the app, ensuring the design aligned with the vision. The project was extensive, consisting of a web platform for employers and a dedicated app for employees.
This is where I structured the research—analyzing competitors, identifying best-in-class gamification strategies, and defining the core functionalities of the MVP and TO-BE vision. My goal was to design a product that could go live as quickly as possible while delivering maximum value to users.
