Design Vision and Direction / UX & UI Desktop and Mobile / Dev Support

Lemlo’s e-commerce director reached out to me to revamp their online store after years of old templates. The goal was to modernize the website, enhance functionality, and optimize the purchase and discovery funnel, where they found the gap they needed to fill.

Since Lemlo runs on Shopify, we needed to create a high-quality design while working within platform constraints to maintain performance and functionality. The project spanned two months, with regular alignment and review calls to ensure a smooth and efficient redesign.

Research

I analyzed best-in-class fashion and non-fashion e-commerce platforms to identify the most effective purchase funnels and search flows that keep customers engaged and drive conversions.

Visual Identity

The goal was to give Lemlo a clean, recognizable identity—elegant yet optimized for conversions. Before diving into the design, I curated moodboards to define the right visual direction.

Design

With over 20 pages to design, I created both desktop and mobile-responsive layouts, focusing on usability and speed. Every element was crafted to enhance the shopping experience and streamline the purchase process.
